Most overused lame argument award - Won't change the outcome!
"This challenge won't change the outcome of the Presidential election - so it is frivolous."

Uh - no it isn't! Investigating Scott Peterson for TWO years will not bring his dead wife and dead son back to life - but no one seemed to think that was frivolous. In fact - the media seemed to think it was vitally important that all of us have every last detail of his trial. And I agree investigating and prosecuting a murderer is important. If we don't - what's to stop them from committing more murders?

If we don't investigate these "voting irregularities" - what's to stop them from continuing - or even getting worse? If we don't have adequate laws - lets pass some to make sure even tin-foil-hat conspiracy theorists like me can at least have faith in a fair election. It should not be an impossible task!
