When do the electoral votes officially get recorded? more
Let me play what-if...what if the recounts are adjusted and fraud is discovered and Kerry actually did win Ohio. Can he still be Pres? I know this is a dream, but I'm wondering since Kerry may very well have actually won and maybe in a perfect world we would ALL learn that.

2. I believe that it is Dec.13th
And since his concession is not legally binding, if they figure out that he did actually win, then yes, he could still wind up as Pres...

7. right!
The "concession" would become an irrelevant gesture if evidence of fraud coalesces into a winning case. "I acted in the best interests of national unity when I believed the vote count was honest, but now, the best interests of America demand this injustice be corrected." That's all he'd have to say.

3. I have ...
a great desire to push for impeachment of the Chimp. Time for the hunting of a president--what the disgusting Repubes did to Clinton, we should do to Chimpy.

5. It would be very important
That the White House not get wind of any sort of reversal before the press... I'd hate to see the networks show up at the election offices in Columbus and be met by James Baker coming out with a grin telling them that it was all just a silly mistake, that Bush is still pres.

6. strange EC scheduling system...
I am reading online that the EC meets "the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December." That would make it the 13th. How weird is that system?
