1. Looks like evidence of fraud to me.
Grounds for a re-vote on paper ballots with pen, a ballot box sitting in the middle of the floor in full view and counted from a table right in that same room in full view of spectators.

3. Most concise and well organized statement yet

However, they still need to present the evidence of every one of their claims. I believe they have it - now they need to come through with it. Numbers, pictures, documentation, affidavits. Everything.

The election will probably be certified (99.99999% sure of that) but that does not mean that meaningful measures can not be made in the next weeks, months and years to at least make those responsible fully explain EXACTLY what happened.

Good job Misters Fritakis and Wasserman! We need more.

Edit: in order for me to have faith that this will not destroy the Democratic Party if they get behind it publicly, these accusations have to be so airtight that not even the slipperiest Republican in Ohio can weasel out by saying "oops" or shrugging and saying "we didnt know"

This is still not linkable to the top though - only to Blackwell who can say, even if nailed down, that he was acting on his own - not from orders from above.

5. This should be sent to all Senators if it has not been sent already
This is a very compelling accumulation of facts and occurences that make a strong case for fraud in Ohio.

Looks like this forum should divide into two:

1. Hard information

2. Soft speculation, etc.

14. What are they hiding?
Blackwell and other Republican officials continue to discount such criticisms. Blackwell has written that the election ran "smoothly." His office has refused subpoenas requesting him to testify, terming them a form of "harassment."

:)
