Phila. Daily News quiz -- it's starting to seep in
This was Question No. 5 in the Philadelphia Daily News annual year-end quiz -- I think the concept of the stolen election is starting to seep in!

http://www.philly.com/mld/philly/news/10527358.htm

5 On Nov. 2, George W. Bush was elected to a second term as president with:

A. The help of some very creative technicians at Diebold and other companies that make electronic voting machines.

B. With a carefully thought-out and well-vetted agenda for the next four years.

C. 51 percent of the popular vote.

D. God on his side and five Supreme Court justices just in case.

Another question mentioned something about Bush's voting machine re-programmers.

5. This gives me such hope!
But then the Inquirer has always leaned left, if I remember correctly.

Thanks for posting.

6. Phila. Daily News is not the Inquirer
Thank God. The DN is even further left and a lot spunkier. Yes, they're owned by the same conglomerate (Knight-Ridder), but they have separate staffs, separate newsrooms, and compete against each other for stories.
FYI.

7. Knight-Ridder explains it.
They're the only "legit" news agency that regularly reports news from the left with the respect it deserves.

I was confused b/c I looked at the bottom of the page & there's a link to the Inquirer. Also a link to the Daily News, but I didn't see it until I just rechecked.
