the lawsuit filed today by Kerry's attorneys. Kerry's attorney, AND Keith and Howard Fineman ALL appeared to be throwing water on the story. And referring to "internet rumors" again, this is the second time in a week Keith seemed to debunking us.

Imagine how people NOT as informed on the Election Fraud issue, but open to consider it...are turned away by such coverage!

I do not mean to be negative, but we can NOT win this if our only mouthpiece in MSM spends 5 minutes or more each day playing down the case, and convincing us he doesn't feel it's going anywhere. Aside from the comments of Kerry's attorney, Keith's conversation with Howard Fineman focused entirely on convincing us it was "unlikely" that any contesting of the Electoral Vote would happen.

Fineman the spin guy is saying that he believes that the KE campaign is saying No criminal intent, but there were a lot of mistakes made. Fineman is saying that new Senate, Ds and Rs are already at each others throat, Ds are already pursuing a scorched earth policy.

KO: If there is a challenge, it's not going to get any broad D support. Combined with Hoffheimer, is it possible that Ds mostly want (out of the election fraud issue) to neutralize Bush's political capital.

Fineman: Possibly yes, Ds also want to tell minority voters, disenfranchised that they were heard.

There was also another instance (and I can't recall if it was this guy or not) who first said they would "join" the lawsuit and then it changed to "participate" in the lawsuit? They did, btw, indeed end up "joining" that lawsuit.

Until then, the fact that changes have greatly increased that Congressional Dems may stand up and protest * is great news.
