I say ~1500....

the rally started at 1 pm but groups of people came later and some left early due to the extreme cold wind (so strong it knocked over tables and equipment) and being underdressed.

2. I was there too

and I was thinking it was 1500 - 2000.

I used to work in night clubs and have seen 400 people in a room. There was way more than 400 people.
