OMG... she says that Blackwell sent out a directive to the counties NOT TO ACCEPT THE RECOUNT MONEY offered by Green Party.

Does Blackwell have the authority to rule that counties not accept recount monies? or do the courts need to get involved? or is it a county decision?

Yes, she said that Blackwell directed the Boards of Elections of ALL 88 counties not to accept the money - and all the counties except one RETURNED the money until "a recount procedure is in place." What bullshit - there IS a recount procedure. It was a stall. She says, though, that they can't stop it from happening, there WILL be a recount.

Jesus.

Also says that they are going to file to contest the election results on Monday.

Also, there's a 2:30 hearing today about the Delaware County suit; Kerry lawyers will be there.
