Can any of the anti-Bev people comment on the CA lawsuit?
As I recall there was a lawsuit on behalf of the people vs CA and we won.

Did Bev have anything to do with this?

Was it a bad thing to have this lawsuit?

If so, the answer is yes, Bev was involved.

4. Question #1: Yes. Question #2: No.
Now it's my turn to ask a question, but I'll give you my answer too.

Is it a bad thing for Bev demand a retraction and get in a fight with Keith Olbermann in a way that helps only her and hurts us? Yes.

5. Actually, the lawsuit
didn't really accomplish anything other than to get Diebold to cough up some cash. Nothing really changed and Diebold is still inCalifornia peddling paperless machines with secret source code.

As to the money, after accusing many other people of filing such a lawsuit to enrich themselves, then actually filing one hereself, even Bev realized taking the money would completely discredit her work.
