A totally non-political question
Hello fellow Canadians,

About five years ago I was living on Vancouver Island and one evening a friend took me
to Courtenay to see this delightful group of women musicians. The lead (first?) violinist
was beautiful and sensual and she played a Stradivarius with such ease and elegance that I
could hardly take my eyes off her. Then there were maybe four other violinists, some violas,
a piano player, bass player, and a cellist. The music they played was exquisite and I could
kick myself because I lost the program that had listed all their information. I've tried all
sorts of Google combinations but with no luck. They were from Quebec and were extremely
well-received (as well they should be) but I cannot remember their name!! Does anyone
here know to whom I'm referring? I would be forever in your debt.

Cheers,

a.

3. Ummm,
Perhaps you didn't read the Subject line: A totally non-political question

If you had then you might have been able to avoid wasting your precious time learning about some very talented Canadians. I would also like to point out the title of this forum: Places, Canada. I don't see the word "politics" in there anywhere. So I would guess it's okay to talk about anything Canadian here. Just my take on it.

Ailsagirl, perhaps you should have linked one of their YouTubes, like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBtj8miT8ng

Wishing everyone a Happy Valentines Day. :hi:
