Here we go, for the final pre-session-that-isn't caucus meeting of the week as the prime minister rallies the troops at the Conservative National Winter Caucus. Ooh, I hope there's an ice-carving competition!

It sounds like all three parties are in Ottawa. Too bad there's no Parliament for them to go to work in.
