| I called Aliant for my cell phone minutes. |
|
I live in New Brunswick and called Aliant for my cell phone minutes to make sure I wasn't going over. She told me she couldn't tell me them because the information goes to the RCMP and they only receive them at the end of the month for billing purposes. Now either she didn't know what the hell she was talking about or the RCMP is gathering everyone's cell phone minutes for some fuckin reason. This is the first I heard of this and others that I have mentioned it to said they never heard anything about it. I consider it an invasion of my privacy and wonder if you guys/gals would know anything about this. Perhaps some insight on new laws or links I could follow up on.
