Japan PM pushes Kyoto on our PM

OTTAWA — The Conservative government talks about a ``made-in-Canada" environmental plan like a mantra, but the catchphrase was curiously absent when Japan's Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi came calling Wednesday.

The made-in-Japan environmental plan, of course, is the Kyoto Accord, the product of international negotiations in that Japanese city nine years ago.
