Historically, ticket sales for gubernatorial inaugural events generate cash. And for the last few inaugurals, that cash was donated to a worthy cause. (For example, Gov. Doyle's inaugural proceeds were donated to Boys & Girls Clubs.)

What's Scotty doing with the proceeds from his inaugural event?

Splitting them between the Republican party and his own campaign fund.

Classy. Real classy Scotty.

(Of course he's making sure to mention that people from all political parties are welcome to come--if you don't mind donating to the GOP.)

to be a standard fare Republican asshole.

I just hope he is not as bad as Tommy "the taxman" Thompson was.

It's going to be a long two years.

3. I am hoping in two years we can at least neuter him. At least take back one of...
the houses.

5. That would certainly be nice.
It's going to be tough, though. I expect the economy not to get better so that Obama will have no coattails, and the Dems will have to run on local issues while the Reptilians will be running against Obama.
