Initiative318 Instant Runoff Voting petitions here
If anyone here is interested in changing Washington's current voting method to the "Instant Runoff" method -- then go to this site and either download the petitions or request them to be mailed to you.
http://www.irvwa.org/
I plan on handing out copies to friends and family so they can do the same, and then go to flea markets to gather signatures. If you're having a yard sale, have your customers sign the petition (if they're registered to vote.)

2. allows voter to select two candidates
If their first choice does not win then their second choice is counted. If I'm correct voters in San Francisco recently enacted this into law (first in the nation to do so.)
