Rossi punks Seattle Times endorsement? Flip Flop dino...
In our house we believe the Seattle Times endorsement of slime Rossi was all about Rossi eliminating the estate tax for the blood money
Blethen boys...that always seems to be the owners' number one priority at election time.

This article in the Everett Herald 'suggests' Rossi would not eliminate this tax for 2 years....
http://www.heraldnet.com/article/20081022/NEWS01/710229727&news01ad=1#Two.promises.Rossi.says.he.would.delay.if.elected

snip...
"Republican gubernatorial candidate Rossi is delaying pursuit of those two key promises separating him from Democratic Gov. Chris Gregoire, blaming a worsening state budget outlook as the cause.

"First off we have to right the ship, financially," Rossi said.

If elected, Rossi said he won't try to divert hundreds of millions of dollars in sales tax into road projects in the next two years because the money may be needed to help overcome a projected $3.2 billion shortfall.

Likewise, he will wait at least two years before proposing to eliminate the estate tax -- a source of roughly $105 million a year since 2005." He got the endorsement, and it was a pathetically written endorsement, of the biggest state newspaper and now he backs off the estate tax repeal proposal the owners of the paper desperately want, for two years. Wonder if the blethen boys heads are exploding today. "Flip Flop, Flip, Flop" Rossi.

Sound like he flat out lied, surprise, surprise, but he got the endorsement. And his silence on the racist attacks going on here by his gop officials is sickening.

Mindy Cameron left after the Seattle Times endorsed b*sh eight years ago. She was a class act. Still miss her.
