He had to go Photo OP:

Gopher at Sundance Sq.

Maybe his 16 billion SF turned sour on the Tea Party.

1. The big pansy was too busy
putting out a presser that told baggers to watch their back, that liberals were gonna infiltrate them and make them look bad, and they'd cry and whine to their momma's......

Tea party protests smaller than last year's but no less angry

Tea party activists gathered by the hundreds rather than the thousands at Austin-area rallies to protest big federal government Thursday, the day income tax returns were due. The crowds were smaller this year than last year - perhaps dampened by rain - but they made their point all the same.

About 300 people turned out at a noon rally at the Capitol. A 5:45 p.m. rally at the Capitol drew about 150.

(snip)
In San Antonio, an estimated 400 people braved persistent rain and packed a MacArthur Park pavilion for a tea party gathering.

The rally was much smaller than last year's Alamo Plaza party, which drew several thousand people and featured the conservative star power of Fox News host Glenn Beck and rock guitarist Ted Nugent

Let's face it, if Glenn Beck or Ted Nugent aren't on the bill the teabaggers aren't really interested.

7. Perry has been shooting blanks for years
All blanks and no bullets! All hat and no cattle. A pretend cowboy!

He thinks he can follow bush' path to the White House. Yeah, right!
