He was a lion on the commission - serving during incredibly difficult times of federal deregulation and market turmoil. I was honored.

So I will leave policy positions and arguments on subjects outside of commission business to those who are dealing directly with it. If you would like to ask me about my position on retail antural gas rate setting policy, that I'll talk about. As my grandfather used to say: "I'll work my side of the street, you work yours."
