Just seems appropriate.

Or maybe I'll have a Black and Tan for O'bama!

2. Coffee tequila - I'd never heard of it before
Two of my favorite beverages. Apparently Patron tequila is the brand. I must try that.

Drinks on the Mouse
Description:
Patron XO Cafe is produced and blended in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. Jalisco is known for producing the finest tequila in the world.

Patron XO Cafe is created to very exact specifications by a small family owned distillery. The owners are known to produce some of the highest quality Agave tequilas of their type.

Patron XO Cafe originated from a very unique blend of XO Fine tequila and pure natural coffee essence.

Patron XO Cafe is produced at 70 proof (35% Alc. by volume). Patron XO Cafe was conceived to be a coffee tequila more than an overly sweet coffee liqueur.

Yum!

3. Call me a purist
but a Martini is gin (I'll reluctantly allow vodka), dry vermouth, and one or more olives. Period! I hate the way bars call anything in a martini glass a Martini.

And I *really* hate "dirty" Martinis - yechhhhhhhhhhh! (The way I even know what they taste like is that bartenders keep giving them to me, even when I basically state the recipe for a *real* Martini as my drink order.)

I don't mind if people drink that garbage, I just mind when they call them "Martinis"!

4. Purist!
There I called you a purist. I don't have a problem with your purist attitude really. I'm not much of an alcohol drinker.

However I prefer vodka over gin. It's just a matter of your own taste. Don't really care what they call a beverage as long as I like the taste.

I like vodka and cranberry juice. I've convinced myself it's good for me.

5. Now call me a cab!
Vodka and cranberry juice sounds good, actually. And the cranberry juice part sure helps out your bladder. :hi:

6. You're a cab
Ha, you asked me to do it! The vodka/cranberry drink sometimes called a Cape Cod. Yes the "cleaning the bladder" lie is the one I tell myself. They're very dangeous because they taste like juice.

Cape Cod

1oz. Vodka
Cranberry Juice
Lime Wedge

In a Highball or bucket glass with ice add vodka.
Fill with cranberry juice.
Squeeze Lime and drop in the glass.

7. I love Cape Cods!
And I'm also a *gasp* vodka dirty martini drinker. LOL!

I also like vodka & Sprite or even Dr Pepper.

Mostly I just drink vodka, tonic & lime. Delicious!
