Last week he and another governor wrote an article saying that their states would decline any government bailout money. Then today I hear he has asked for several million dollars of relief for Hurrican Ike. Maybe he doesn't understand where FEMA money comes from.

Perry is not the smartest bulb in the box. He and Sarah Palin would be a perfect match set of stupid Governors. Alaska and Texas, two of the biggest states in America run by "morans". But let's not go into why people in these states keep voting for idiots to lead them.

That his hair is really his version of tin-foil hat... perhaps too much aluminum or chemicals in his hairspray which have killed off the brain cells?
Perhaps he shouldn't have used superglue on it...
