Must be a delight to discuss an issue of consequence with him. I believe the Psych Tests must have been among the first things the Law Enforcement agencies cut in favor of high tech weapons. Do police seem more thuggish than they used to? Or is this my imagination?

I notice they all wear those gloves loaded with birdshot (funny coincidence, huh) they're like blackjacks. Perhaps I'm paranoid, but like Kissinger said...
