I just knew this was going to happen sooner or later. The "Monica Is A Transexual" card just got played.

A Deep Ellum resident faxed BD a flyer distributed on Sunday afternoon in the Deep Ellum neighborhood. He reports that the flyers were given to all businesses along Main Street - including Monica's Acca y Alla. They were stuck in every mailbox visible within a few blocks of the restaurant.

1. Wow! I looked around some more on DallasArena.com

and apparently this race has been incredibly nasty for awhile.

Looks like Se-Gwen Tyler originally endorsed Monica and then retracted. And it looks like Avi Adelman of Barking Dogs is on Monica's side and Sharon Boyd's on Pauline's side.

3. I was following that Tyler stuff in the DMN.

And I never really understood what her problem was. Very odd.

Avi is always tinkering with his Barkingdogs site, so I'm not surprised. But the flyer link up top seems to still be good.

Avi has been a huge Monica supporter since she filed. I don't agree with everything he does, but I'm with him on this one.

2. How typical

Having known Monica since she was Eduardo, I can assure you she cares as much about Dallas' future as anyone in town.
The BS about business failures is just that, BS. Last I checked .750 was a pretty decent batting avg.
Family abandonment is a strange term for someone who makes a practice of employing said family members. Of course I doubt the fucktard in the gimme cap has ever set foot in Aca y Alla and certainly wouldn't know how to conduct himself in Ciudad, one of the best in the country.
I have moved from Dallas to California but look forward to dining at Monica's establishment(s) every time I visit.
