take ceu's in bioterrorism to maintain their licenses. I could understand employers requiring it, but many of us hold licenses and we would never be "first-responders". I don't mind learning for the sake of learning, but these courses get expensive. I smell a money-making racket for someone's relatives in the CEU/testing field.
