KPOJ streaming audio sounds bad now

Anyone else having problems lately listening to KPOJ via their "Liquid Compass" streaming audio ? I've tried listening on a couple of different machines over different connections over the past wek or so, but with the same results: scratchy & distorted sound quality.

I e-mailed them on this last week but have not received any response back from them.

I finally had to give it up. That's the first time I've experienced that problem.

4. Yes, since last Thursday

it has been horrible--very muffled and tinny. Perhaps they have increased their output and those of us without high-speed internet will not be able to stream it with quality sound.

The problem Is not with your connection, It sounds like crap on my cable connection also.

Try the WLIB link, It's working good for me.

7. I usually just use the AAR stream itself

if I have trouble with that, I used the WJNO (florida) stream.

That way I can hear Randi live, and avoid that Ed guy.

The only time I listen to the portland station itself is in the car.
