New Jersey governor Chris Christie slammed for Disney vacation as state is buried in snowstorm
And get this; Christie is on vacation and his Lieutenant Governor, Kim Guadango, (New Jersey's very FIRST Lieutenant Governor (the position was only created just prior to the last election) is on vacation too!

Which may lead you to ask, as so many people are asking: "WHAT THE FUCK IS THE POINT OF PAYING FOR A LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR?"

Another example of the true Chris Christie: Corrupt, arrogant, incompetent, and just plain out of touch with reality. No wonder Christie is refusing to release his travel records!

"New Jersey is buried after an epic snowstorm. And Gov. Chris Christie is ... at Disneyworld.

Critics are blasting the Republican governor's decision to remain on his Sunshine State vacation while New Jersey residents grapple with the aftermath of a devastating blizzard.

To make matters worse, Christie's Lieutant Governor Kim Guadagno is vacationing in Mexico, leaving Senate President Stephen Sweeny -- a Democrat -- in charge.

"We clearly made a mistake if we created the office lieutenant governor and wasted money if the lieutenant governor is not going to be here when the governor is out of state," New Jersey Democrat Sen. Raymond Lesniak told New Jersey's Star Ledger. "It's being handled very well by Sen. Sweeney, but you have to really question the purpose of the office."
Guadagno is the state's first lieutenant governor. She was in Mexico when the blizzard hit.

2. Update: December 30, 2010 - Chris Christie still at Disney World, Guadagno still in Mexico
New Jersey still buried in snow.

I guess Christie and Guadagno are staying in the tropics for the New Year. Or until the roads are clear. But that could be New year 2012 at this rate.

"Happy New Year, New Jersey, whichever!"
-- Chris Christie and Kim Guadagno
