Ben Nelson press release on Gitmo
“General Hood, the Joint Task Force Commander for the camp, has taken steps to improve conditions for detainees and to ensure proper use of interrogation techniques,” said Senator Nelson. “He is also allowing the International Red Cross and the American Corrections Association to regularly review conditions and operations.”

Nelson said that new facilities have been built and the notorious camp X-Ray has been closed. “There is grass growing up through that structure,” Nelson said.

While visiting Camp Delta at Guantanamo Bay, Nelson met with and ate lunch with three sailors and a Marine from Nebraska. He said those servicemen expressed that they had seen no instances of abuse during their tour of duty

2. Ben Nelson wouldn't say a word even if they were flaying his own
frigging mother alive.

World, let me apologize (although its not at all my fault) for Nebraska's worthless as tits on a boar faux democratic sentator. Hated him before this, hate him more now.

4. I seriously agree and I've e-mailed the Nebraska Democratic Party
on this very issue. Never have heard back.

It's one of those things that the 'people' will have to get behind if we want that asshole gone. The popular movement is how we got Howard Dean as chairman of the DNC.

But what prominent democrat could we float here in a state that makes Old MacDonald look like a rocket scientist? At least he can speak pig (oink oink), bovine (moo moo), and duck (quack quack). That puts him out ahead of most of the voters in this state.

5. Ernie Chambers? He's supporting Gov-Elect Osborne for gov.
At least he could get a message out that we're not the party that mostly agrees with the other party.

Maybe we wouldn't stand a chance in hell. Maybe we would.
