For several years now I have overcome countless personal, financial and legal challenges to my 8-year litigation. The defendants never expected me to survive the current culture of our courts and they have proven that with their continued misconduct; even while this misconduct is being litigated in Federal and State court.

Years ago I laid out how healthcare costs could, would and has now destroyed our economy or what’s left of our middle class yet the misconduct from our Federal and State agencies ignored these warnings. Now we have millions of American and thousands of Missourians without access to medical care thanks to our public officials many of who participated in these schemes.

I have provided insurmountable proof of the illegal misconduct by our defendants, public officials, courts, clerks and judges not to mention the many companies and individuals who were enticed to participate as instrumentalities of the ongoing conspiracies of two or more illegal actors.

I grew up in a culture of law-abiding senators, representatives, judges and law enforcement officials who find this misconduct appalling and unacceptable on every level.

You as Missouri governors have a responsibility to your family, friends and constituents in this state and because Missouri cannot possible compensate me for the property taken from me or from the damages I continue to suffer from Missouri officials, maybe you could summon law enforcement to start doing there job and enforce the laws of our State.

For 8 years I have been threatened, extorted from my homes, unable to maintain a family unit because of extortion, make a living or even start a business because of State and Federal agencies illegally interfering with our laws and my constitutional rights. As if that wasn’t enough now we have another illegal act to destroy my credit and/or any future ability to obtain credit and raise capital to re-launch my company. The exact conduct my defendants are in Federal and State court.

Governors, when do you propose would be a good time to step in and do something about all this public corruption, when the illegal misconduct directly effect your family, friends and constituents?
