4. K.C. Billboard ordinance
Though recently made more strict, our laws governing billboards are still lax compared to Springfield, St. Louis, the bed-towns in KS -- oh about everywhere I guess.

A proposal to really tighten them up was recently watered down by a committee I believe co-chaired by councilpeople Eddy and Hermann.
