2. Yup-- and there's some cool stuff going on for progressive types

I just put it up on www.minnesotaforkucinich.com. We're having a gathering Friday night, which is open to all progressive-leaning delegates and alternates. Additionally we'll have a convention training session on Saturday morning before the start of business.

I myself screened for the state Board of Directors-- I may have even been selected! But I won't find out until next Saturday. ;-)

I know some folk talked about doing a DU-type meetup at the convention? Anyone still interested in this?

Where do you want to hook up on Friday? It would be good to meet and go visit all the hospitality suites and see what they have going on.

I really do want to see us MN DUers get together during the convention! I will definitely plan on attending the Kucinich meeting Friday night, sounds like a good place to find each other.

7. Here's an update re: Friday night

Hey everyone, I got an email earlier today about the Kucinich camp's Friday night plans:

We'll be in the Skyline Room at the Holiday Inn. I imagine it will be pretty close to the the other hospitality rooms reserved for the night (like the state leg caucus, etc.).

Also, the Kucinich/Peace in the Precinct group will have a meeting room reserved from 9-10 AM on Saturday in the Convention Center. We don't have a room number, but there will be a sign at the convention center letting people know where it is.

Also, if you're a PitP/Kucinich/Uncommitted delegate or alternate, you should be getting an invitation in the (snail) mail within the next couple of days with this information, too. I'm headed out to help stuff the envelopes right now, and they'll probably hit the mail tomorrow!

Also, I'll get this posted to www.minnesotaforkucinich.com within the next 24 hours, too, so it will be there.

I helped label those babies! The cards are really nice, too-- I wish I had some for other purposes!

And BTW, looks like I'll be one the one providing the PA system and some of the musical entertainment on Friday night, too! I just found out about this a few days ago, so I've got to get a set list together. To many ideas, too much time!
