Looks like the MN Supreme Court just kicked Emmer's butt.

He doesn't get to gum up the works by forcing all the counties to make a pre-recount comparison of signed rosters and vote tallies. Excellent.

1. Most welcome news indeed.
But sadly I'm sure this is just one of many forthcoming lawsuits/tactics his sore loser party is going to try and pull to at least delay Mark Dayton from being sworn in as governor.
