The half-wit GOP hack who runs Minnesota Democrats Exposed used this DU post to accuse the Democrats of turning the Puckett memorial into an "attack on Republicans." I guess it doesn't take much imagination to fill a blog like MDE--just the mere suggestion that Rethuglicans might claim Democrats turned the memorial into a pep rally is enough for this loser to go ballistic. How sad.

13. I finally went over and looked at MDE

(I feel so dirty - but I'm working from home today so I can take another shower). It's amusing that his headline refers to "Democrats". Let's be honest one Democrat (me) made one of the sarcastic observations that are my speciality. A few more Democrats, taking the post in the spirit it was written, expressed some mild amusement at the original post and made some tongue in cheek comments of their own. Suddenly, this small band of merry pranksters morphs into "Democrats turning Puckett memorial into an attack on Republicans". True, more than one Democrat has commented, making it technically correct to use the plural but the headline would lead one to believe that hordes of Democrats are doing this and meaning it seriously.

Knowing that MDE is monitoring us and knowing that Republicans have neither a sense of irony or a sense of humor I should probably be more careful with my comments - or maybe I'll just think of ways to torment them with more snide remarks. (New headline at MDE - Democrat(s) vows to torture Republicans".) Whoops - there I go again.
