Downtown st paul, they were praising Randy Kelly before he was rightfully booted out; saying how RK helped them out.

They have a new sign up: "Merry Christmas. Closed. Thank you to the gang of 4 who closed our doors."

I wonder what all that meant.

And, more interestingly, every time I drove by there it always looked closed (Fridays & Saturdays early-later evenings.)

Did they thank RK for drivng downtown office vacancies to a record level, hence reducing their customer base? Probably not.
