Observations from the Roger Waters concert.
First, the usual BS concert review in the Free Press:

http://www.freep.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=200660919002

I am so tired of the snide comments regarding someone who takes a stand.

Second, I was floored by the show. It was a wall (pardon the inference) of sound, and all the rest of the bells and whistles were just amazing. I never saw Pink Floyd, despite the fact that I have seen hundreds of bands in concert over the years. This was long overdue…and weepy/healing at the same time.

Third, the customary pig had two very interesting pieces of graffiti on it. I first saw this on the pig’s side:

“KAFKA RULES”

Pardon my ignorance, but I had to do the search thing at 7 this morning after a half-sleepless night, and I found out it likely referred to this dude:

From the looks of it, Franz became a cult hero after he passed. Poor bloke only lived to be 41.

The second interesting, and most enjoyable, writing on that pig was written around it’s arse:

“IMPEACH BUSH NOW”

I could be wrong, but I heard lots of cheers and no boos. That dipwad from the Free Press is a lying sack of doo doo!

Anyway, it is Just me after a night I won’t soon forget.
