anyone there near Acton?
A relative of mine needs a small rental ASAP. The post-divorce chaos -- we all know how that goes. He's kind, nice, handy, smart, liberal, cheerful, and in a real bind. His little girls live in Acton, and he needs to find a small place where they can be with him on his custodial days.

Help! I'm 3,000 miles away and can't do anything.

Suggestions?
