Kentucky Constitution Section 68
The Governor and all civil officers shall be liable to impeachment for any misdemeanors in office; but judgment in such cases shall not extend further than removal from office, and disqualification to hold any office of honor, trust or profit under this Commonwealth; but the party convicted shall, nevertheless, be subject and liable to indictment, trial and punishment by law.

Text as Ratified on: August 3, 1891, and revised September 28, 1891.
History: Not yet amended.

3. Maybe they can become the first residents for those new KBR
"emergency" detention centers. Maybe we can use them as training aids for the instruction on the finer points of water boarding.

5. Waterboarding is when you strap a person down to a bed or a board,

cover their face with something like plastic wrap. You then pour water over the face of the victim. This makes the victim feel they are suffocating/drowning. It's quite terrifying.

BTW, water boarding dates back to the inquisition. They probably used a tight knit cloth.
