State Auditor Crit Luallen to hold conference
State Auditor Crit Luallen will make an announcement about her political future at 2 p.m. Tuesday, according to a statement released by her office.

Luallen, a Democrat who held top posts in the administrations of Govs. Paul Patton and Brereton Jones, is among several leading Democrats who said last week they are considering running for governor in 2007.

She will make the announcement from her home in Frankfort.
