Experts: Iowa Race will hinge on turnout (no duh)
"Accord-ing to a Research 2000 Iowa Poll, in which 600 likely voters were contacted by telephone in late May, voters preferred Culver for the Dem-ocratic nod. Culver also was the only candidate who would defeat Nussle, according to the poll."

"Who really will emerge is unclear, political experts say. In primary elections where turnout is usually low, all candidates have a chance."

3. Not so sure about that, Debi
We got anybody out there who knows how to hack a Diebold machine? Or maybe we can hire the guy Nussle's gonna use?

6. Election is an election and hackers need to practice their skills
Never really thought about it, but why wouldn't the regressives hack a primary? That way they'd get whatever candidate they wanted for Deficit Jim to run against. Easier than having folks cross party lines to vote.

7. Could be a problem in November too.
There is the possibility that the discontent with Washington/bush will turn many off from voting at all. Rather than getting a surge of support from Dems, we may have to fight just to get them to the polls.
