Fallon in Cedar Falls on Sat. - posting for you Debi!

I know there are few people in the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area that post here (Debi, Debi, Debi!) and thought I would inform you about Ed Fallon coming to the area on Saturday if you want to attend. He will also be in Waverly tomorrow night speaking to the Wartburg College Democrats and in Charles City this week. Check his website at http://www.fallonforgovernor.net for more info.

1. Ah MAN...

I will be in La Porte City for the High School District Speech Competition from 7:45 to 12:45 and then driving like a bat out of hell to get my kid back (late) to Cedar Falls for a Confirmation retreat at St. Patrick's that starts at 1:00! (So, between 12:50 and 1:45 everyone stay off of the road between La Porte City and CF - that'll be me speeding by).

I'm glad he's hitting UNI there is a wealth of workers and supporters there for him ( I remember the Kucinich group at UNI - very dedicated).

Please post when he'll be back again and I'll work it into my schedule. Next kid I have (never) will only be allowed to be involved in one activity at a time :crazy:

Did see him at summer house parties (Don Shoultz's house and up in Waverly for the Waverly Dems meeting)

Remember, it's not that I dislike his policy stances I worry about his funding. I WILL be a Fallon supporter if he wins the nomination.

4. Saw this in last night's paper

My husband says, "Hey, let's go watch everyone speak". My response, "Are you kidding? If I do one more thing Saturday I'm going to lose it!"

Then I found out about the UNI/Drake game...:P
