I call bullshit! I don't believe for one second that top management didn't have any idea that underage workers were being hired to work in their facility. They new exactly what was going on.

These folks don't miss a trick and that's why they were doing so well. HOWEVER, saying that, it would appear that the wiser course would have been to also observe every nuance of the law and not risk losing the whole enterprise.
