Can a felon vote in Indiana

My sister wanted me to check to see where she should vote and I couldn't even find where she was even registered. The only thing that came to mind was she is on probation or parole I am not sure. Anyways can she vote? TIA if you can help.

1. Only incarcerated felons cannot vote in Indiana

From the Washington Post: "In Indiana, felons are only barred from voting while they are in prison. They can vote while on probation or parole."

But if you don't know where she's registered you may be out of luck. It's too late to register for this election.
