1. Never invited to the party..
...in spite of the tons of work I've done for these guys and their candidates.
Obviously, those of us "liberal" members of the party are not included on the invitation list.
Hell, I was never asked to work the polls either, so I guess they've got all the help they need, or they're just very bad planners...

3. Come down on Friday!
Most of the districts are having parties in their hotel rooms. You just kind of wander from place to place and eat and drink and meet people. The elected stuff is on Saturday and that's pretty boring anyways. Hyatt Hotel downtown this Friday about 6 or so. Follow the noise.

4. I am planning to go,
I put in my name to be a delegate, in the primary. There weren't enough people running for it to be a race. Everyone who applied was on the ballot, and there were more slots than candidates.

I am hoping to find connections with other progressive Democrats.
