2. we are hurting bad and losing jobs and social services in S.I.

I wish that money would filter down to our social service programs down here. Many of our programs are DHS funded and are getting cuts or entirely eliminated including programs for seniors and those with disabilities. Not to mention the jobs that are being lost. Quinn needs to take some of the stim money and use it to shore up programs like that that provide both jobs and services.
