WFMT just did an April Fool joke....and I fell for it...briefly.

At the end of Folkstage, they announced that the Midnight Special (which I look forward to...it was bad enough when they stopped repeating it on Wednesday afternoons because I am incapable of staying up that late) was moving to midnight in keeping with its name, and was switching with something called The Romantic Hours. Then they started playing "Pachelbel's Canon" yet again...a piece is love...but NOT when I am expecting the Midnight Special.

They also showed the programming change on their website. I turned the radio off, then in disbelief checked the website again. It showed the normal programming lineup. And the Midnight Special is now playing. All a joke.

How can they do that?!?!?!?!
