If we exploit this, Raul Labrador is toast
Tomorrow's newspaper has an article in it on a texting-while-driving ban that easily passed the Idaho Senate last year, but got killed in the House because one member objected to it.

The member? Raul Labrador, who is running for Congress against Walt Minnick.

I don't think there's a way he can recover from that, if we're willing to push it.
