Sandy Springs.
It comes to my attention that the same referendum voted on by Sandy Springs residents only also divides Fulton County into three "tax districts". Revenue generated in the "north district" is to stay in the north district, etc.

So my question is, how is it that only Sandy Springs residents get to make this decision for the whole county?

2. I could be wrong....
....But I think there was an ammendment a few years back that divided the tax revenues re: north vs south. I would suspect that the Sandy Springs sucession would affect that and was accounted for accordingly in this latest vote.
