1. Westport and Fairfield went Dem
Ken Flatto, First Selectman of Fairfield, easily won -- 58% to 42%.

In Westport, all the Boards are still controlled by the Dems, same as the past ten years. The First Selectman till has two years to go on his term.

2. My town is slightly less red now
The Republics have held the majority on my town council for about 40 years, always with either 4 or 5 seats out of 5. However, Democrats actually won two seats this time and are only a 3-2 minority for the first time in decades.

Unfortunately, we only fielded one candidate for other multi-seat races in town.
