Prepare to donate your DNA to ASHCROFT. Under prop 69, he'll soon be entitled to the DNA of innocent people. 64 ended all environmental lawsuits. There is no longer a right to a healthy environment.

3. What?! The DNA thing passed?
Holy Shit. 64 class action lawsuits defeated? MOFUCKER!

Someone said: Nation of idiots-------I couldn't agree more.

I'm glad I didn't toss out my "fascism" bumper stickers etc. They're going to get a LOT more mileage now.

8. the only hope i have left
is that 69 will be deemed unconstitutional (perhaps by unlawful search and seizure? who knows?)
64 on the other hand...well i hope people like a renewed trashing of the environment with no repercussions.

9. Ahhnuld's lemmings
Yeah, once again my fellow Californians have exhibited unfortunate signs of being boobengrabber lemmings.

Fortunately, his attempts to increase legislative 'puke numbers were apparently pretty ineffectual. But he weighed in on the pro-business side (of course) of several propositions and unfortunately persuaded the naive and gullible to cut their own throats (again). So, 64 passed and 72, which would have required the Wal-Marts of the world to actually provide health care for their employees, was defeated.
