Pitzer to exhibit "Faces of the Fallen"

CLAREMONT - Pitzer College will host an exhibit featuring portraits of American soldiers who lost their lives while serving in Iraq.

The exhibit, "To Never Forget: Faces of the Fallen" will run from Friday to Nov. 11, and will feature more than 1,700 portraits, including 264 portraits painted by members of the college and residents of the surrounding communities.

The exhibit is free and open to public and will take place at the Nichols Gallery in the Edythe and Eli Broad Center, 1050 N. Mills Ave. An artists reception will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. on Friday.
