I voted at the Maricopa County Recorder's Office today and
I just wanted to warn everyone about a potential problem.
The ballot is very long and is double-sided. The ink in the black marking pens that they provide takes a long time to dry. Be sure to let the first side dry completely before turning the ballot over to mark the other side - or your ballot will smudge. I had to get a second ballot after the first one smudged, and even after marking it carefully and giving it time to dry, it still had tiny stray marks on it when I folded it.
it was the morning of the first day of voting so the markers were brand new. I was assured that a few small smudges would not invalidate my ballot, but not to make stray lines above where you connect the arrows.
