Edwards: Bush 'Out of Touch With Reality'

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Sen. John Edwards (news - web sites), answering President Bush (news - web sites)'s blistering criticism of Democrat John Kerry (news - web sites), contended Wednesday that the Republican was "completely out of touch with reality" about the Iraq (news - web sites) war and the economy.


"He won't acknowledge the mess in Iraq. All you have to do is turn your television on," Edwards said. And, he added, "they still don't recognize that there's any problem with jobs and the economy" despite rising health care costs and record job losses.


"You can't fix these problems until you recognize there is a problem," the Democratic vice presidential nominee told a sign-waving audience in a warehouse at the Palm Beach County convention center. "They're in denial. They're in denial about everything."

responded to the Mulligan speach. Continued his momentum from last night's debate & emphasized that the Bush "major event" was too trivial for Kerry to even bother.

4. Cheney had the impossible task of making himself the winner but on

the other hand/////How do you do this without making the President look bad???

Which he did.

Cheney looked a hell of a lot more PRESIDENTIAL than Bush did....

In the end...disaster for BUSH.....

More so when Edwards kicked his ASS, poor Cheney was reduced to MUMBLING
