In All Honesty, This Debate Was Closer

This debate was closer, I believe Edwards won, but no real complete knockout. I DID, however, notice Cheney's lack of graciousness in his closing remaks...you may have noticed Edwards thanked Cheney for being there, right at the beginning of his closing statement, as well as thanking Gwen for being there...CHENEY, on the other hand, only thanked Gwen, but not Senator Edwards.

Overall, Cheney handled himself better than Bush did, however, I still feel Edwards won the debate, and voted so in my own local newspaper's online poll. In that poll, 93% so far gave the win to Edwards, only 7% for Cheney. I was a bit surprised by this, because I felt the debate was a lot closer than to warrant such numbers.
